Launched in 2006 by Stephanie Neale, a research specialist with over 18 years of experience working for some of the top names in the executive search business. This has included Norman Broadbent, handling senior level search in the consumer, new media and public sectors, three years as Head of Research for legal boutique Fox Rodney Search and latterly with Odgers Ray & Berndtson
